Claudia Palmarucci

Nasce nel 1985 a Tolentino, vive e lavora a Macerata.

Nel 2009 consegue la laurea in Decorazione presso l’Accademia di Belle Arti di Macerata, dove  successivamente si specializza in grafica per l’illustrazione. Nel 2009 si iscrive al master Ars in Fabula, durante il quale lavora con l’editore Orecchio Acerbo  al progetto libro “La Rosa”, che nel 2011 diviene il suo album d’esordio.

Ha collaborato con: Orecchio Acerbo Editore, Éditions Notari, Kite Edizioni, Eli Edizioni, Rizzoli Editore. Nel 2013 è tra i candidati italiani chiamati dalla Ibby a rappresentare la nazione alla prestigiosa Biennale di illustrazione di Bratislava. Ha vinto numerosi premi e partecipa a concorsi in Italia e all’estero.

Born in 1985 in Tolentino, Claudia now lives and works in Macerata.

In 2009, she graduated in Decoration from the Academy of Fine Arts in Macerata, where she further specialized in Illustration. In the same year 2009, she signed up for the Master programme “Ars in Fabula”, during which she worked with the publishing company Orecchio Acerbo to carry out the book project “La Rosa” (“The Rose”), which in 2011 became her début album.

She collaborated with publishing companies such as Orecchio Acerbo Editore, Éditions Notari, Kite Edizioni, Eli Edizioni, Rizzoli Editore. In 2013 she was among the candidates chosen by Ibby to represent Italy at the prestigious Biennial of Illustration Bratislava (BIB). She won many awards and often takes part in contests both in Italy and abroad.
